PROTECT

As wetlands throughout California are increasingly under pressure from development, we work to protect the wetland complex of the Pajaro Valley. Our members serve on committees to plan for the future of Watsonville city’s growth, the future of the valley’s rich agriculture, and the future of the sloughs. We watch development proposals closely for their effects on the slough and work with a broad coalition of groups dedicated to the well-being of the entire Pajaro Valley.
